Description: This okuden only works with polished blades, and in sunlight. The swordsman
spends an action to position his blade in such a way that it reflects the light of the sun into a single
attacker's eyes, reducing his perception and preparation for attack. Successful use of this Okuden
reduces the opponents next action by -2, penalizes his initiative by -2 as well, and grants the
swordsman +1AV on his next strike. Reflecting the Sun is often used to set up for use of another
okuden, such as Cut From Heaven.
Cost: 5 OP
May Be Bought For: Kenjutsu. With the GM's permission, this okuden may be purchased for any
high-polished, bladed weapon, especially the Nagamaki or Naginata.
Modifiers: +1 AV subsequent round. Opponents actions are at -2; Opponent's initiative for
subsequent round is also at -2.
