[11.21.2001]

More Terran Dusk:2261 info. Just a quick item, though. Stickney Research Station... its a scientific outpost hosting the Intra-Orbital Relay Network. Located on the bumpy little Martian moon Phobos, its a small station.

[11.17.2001]

Added information to Terran Dusk:2261 in the form of a write up on Waypoint, a station/colony controlled by Shen Pai Transportation. Its a bit lengthy.

[11.09.2001]

The New Gods are coming...

[11.08.2001]

Just added a bit of world information for Terran Dusk: 2261. The Albrecht Decree of 2250 declared the rights of all sentient biosynthetic beings to be free from bondage and slavery. There is more to come, still...

[11.04.2001]

Not much new added right now. I have a few things for Terran Dusk:2261 half-done, but none of it is going up on the page yet. However, I've fixed a couple of the links on the Links page -- Alpha/Omega (formerly The Universe in Fuzion), and Hollywood Action Heroes. Both projects are currently under development by Action Studios, and I, for one, am looking forward to seeing what becomes of them.

[10.26.2001]

Well, up on the Terran Dusk pages I've rewritten the Racial packages, with OP costs and descriptions... and a good bit of world info. Its something useful for mechanics, anyway. A few minor additions to structure and listings were made here and there, too.

[10.25.2001]

I have a few things I am working on for Terran Dusk, much of which overlaps into a general Fuzion concern. Also, I'm adding to the content for Terran Dusk as a whole, and I'll be tweaking the page layout in the future. Right now, I have nothing more to add. However, I am midway through a write up on "The Kingdom", a political power in the midwestern United States. I dunno if I will finish it tonight, but it'll be up soon, likely with a smattering of other stuff.

[10.11.2001]

Added a link to the Foundation Chronicles website in my LINKS page. Foundation Chronicles is an excellent site dedicated to some FUZION superhero campaigns. I also added a link to DEvermore.net, host to Foundation Chronicles, as well as Cybershards, and Dawn of Legends. Check it out, there is alot of good stuff there.

[10.10.2001]

Okay, another short update. I added a write-up for "The Bubble", Martian Research Outpost Gamma for the world of Terran Dusk:2261. "The Bubble" is a community of scientists dedicated to the Martian Terraforming Project...

Oh, check out the revised edition of Sengoku from Gold Rush Games, it's absolutely gorgeous. For those waiting for the third edition of Cyberpunk, check out the R. Talsorian Website for a preview...

[10.08.2001]

Yes... I have been a naughty boy. Three months without an update! What was I thinking! Anyway, I have something for you, especially those who sent me email wondering what was up with my site. Some new Terran Dusk information: A corporate profile of Securitech, the Orbital Security Firm, and a brief description of the South American continent in 2261. Again, these are both Terran Dusk items. Maybe I'll be getting to a few general Fuzion tidbits in the future. It's been a while since I have even looked at this site, so bear with me. I'm back, and some muffins are flying your way.

[07.13.2001]

Been over a month since the last update, and I don't have much to say. I've recently noted that the link I provided to the the core Fuzion Rules at The FUZE was dead, so I changed it to link to Christian Conkle's TranzFuzion site, instead. I've tweaked a few of the other pages here and there as well, but noting significant has been added or changed, yet. As you can see, I havent added anything for Terran Dusk in months, and I doubt I'll add much more to it. My interest in the project has waned for now, and I don't know if I'll ever regain interest in it. We'll see, but dont hold your breath...

Also, Gold Rush Games just released the Zorro Adventure game, using the instant Fuzion rules set. Check it out... I'm in the proofreaders/playtesters list.

[06.12.2001]

Well, after Jared Nielson's comments on the various FUZION mailing lists,I have removed my Shards of the Stone section from this site. I can't say his decision to abandon FUZION is entirely unexpected, as Sean Fannon prophecied as much several months ago. Consequently, I am not going to bother adding any more Shards material to my site. The items already posted to this site - a variety of record sheets and a new race, the monkeykin - have been moved into my homebrew section. I hope someone else steps to bat for a commercial Fantasy Fuzion release...

[06.08.2001]

Behold, the Way of the Blood Mimes, a new martial art using Fists of Fuzion. Its posted in the Homebrew section, in both HTML and PDF. Look out for more on the Blood Mimes, as they are a prominent Terran street gang in Terran Dusk... I have a write up for them, but it has yet to be posted. Gaming all day saturday, but I might get some more things posted on Sunday. I'll try, anyway.

[06.01.2001]

Well it seems my calculations for the d20 level - Fuzion OP totals were a bit off... forgot that one of my fuzion house rules differed from the core rules a bit. So, there is a bit of a delay with that. I added a new link to the Links page, as well. It goes to an Appleseed Fuzion page, for all of you anime buffs.

[05.31.2001]

Posted in the homebrew section, you'll find a new piece of Fists of Fuzion material, the 12 Animal techniques of the Chinese martial art, Hsing-I. Right now its just in HTML format, as my PDF converter seems to be messing things up.

[05.25.2001]

Finally, I have a few moments of respite. The first of several tidbits I've been working on during the past few weeks has been typed up from the napkins I scrawled upon. In the Homebrew section I've posted a way to generate random humanity loss using the Power Core plugin from Studio 187.

Also on my stack of napkins is a d20 level to Fuzion OP equivalency chart, and a few scribbled guidelines for using Fuzion for a D&D flavored game. These will likely be the next things to be posted. Working on a few martial arts for Fists of Fuzion, with writeups for Sengoku and Shards of the Stone, as well, and an article on the differences between Internal and External martial arts geared specifically for approaching them in gaming. Also, perhaps a few more flying Terran Dusk muffins might splatter onto the site.

One last bit... R. Talsorian games has finally released the second book for the Dragon Ball Z RPG, The Frieza Saga. Though I'm not very fond of the game (I love the show, but I think the game has problems...), I picked this book up anyway. Its a great read, and has alot of information that can be used for other Fuzion games, such as an incredibly simple space travel system for lighter sci-fi games, and guidelines for creating world themes. It's worth picking up.

[05.09.2001]

On a whim, and in a moment of procrastination, I wrote up a description for the NEM, the North-Eastern Metroplex in the world of Terran Dusk. Furthermore, I actually posted it! woohoo. Um, nevermind...

[05.02.2001]

Well, unexpectedly, I wrote up a quick chart of the currency exchanges for Terran Dusk. You find the rates of exchange for the Orbital Credit to the Dollar, the Euro, and others. Did a little more work on a Terran Dusk life path, but I have nothing yet to post. In a week or two, I should find myself with more free time, so expect several significant updates then.

[04.29.2001]

I've written up a d20 Character Class Level to Fuzion Option Point equivalency table, but I'm still in the process of testing it out. Consequently, I haven't posted it yet. I've also worked on the skill packages for the Character Class Templates, but i'm not going to post those until I finish, either.

On the Terran Dusk front, I've played around with some life-path options, and tweaked the timeline a bit more. But... nothing is posted. So, things are in the works, but I haven't updated anything yet.

[04.20.2001]

Not much to add yet. I've been working on a piece of short fiction set in the Terran Dusk world, and that has absorbed much of my free time. I'm planning on giving the Terran Dusk pages another overhaul anyway, and will add a bunch of updated material when I do.

I've also begun working on Fuzion templates for the Character Classes from Third Edition Dungeons and Dragons. Right now I've only done Primary Characteristics, but I'll get to skills, and possibly talents, in the near future. This is not going to be a full conversion from one mechanic to the next. I don't want to do that, as they never come out right anyway. I'm hoping to have it serve as a basic guideline for D&D players new to FUZION to make characters that seem more familiar to their experiences. I've spoken to alot of gamers who find the openess of Fuzion (and Hero, for that matter) to be daunting. What I've done thus far, which is just a list of Stats for the respective classes, is posted in the Homebrew section.

[04.15.2001]

I've restructured and improved the FUZION section of this site. Click on the FUZION button, and you'll find an updated, WORKING link to download the Fuzion Core rules, and links to three other sets of Instant Fuzion rules. Also listed are several of the Fuzion mailing lists, as well as the omnipresent Eye of Fuzion.
-------
Added the Monkeykin, a character race for Shards of the Stone. Obviously, it is in the Shards of the Stone section of the site...

[04.14.2001]

Added Brody's Band, the third major belt pirate organization for Terran Dusk: 2261. I'm trying to get ahold of some free, public domain maps of areas around the world so I can begin posting up some information on the regions of the earth in 2261. I don't suppose that the six or seven of y'all who come here with any regularity know where I might find any such maps? Email me if you do, by clicking the goofy face at the bottom of the menu button list.

[04.13.2001]

No, I havent forgotten the site. Been sick, busy, and 47 different flavors of distracted. No, I don't have anything new posted up on the site yet. I've been playing with new ideas for a format change on the site itself, especially considering where Shards of the Stone is going... (a toilet comes to mind).
Also, I've been doing the preliminary work for running Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Laboratory games using the S.P.A.R.K. Instant Fuzion rules. You can get S.P.A.R.K. from the UNIVERSE in FUZION site; a link is on the links page. I'll probably post just about anything I make for it, though I'm going to try and get authorization from the Cartoon Network before I do so.
Oh, check out the upcoming May Issue of Game Trade Magazine, as it's supposed to have some quickplay rules for GoldRushGame's forthcoming Zorro Adventure Game.

[04.04.2001]

Been sick. Nasty cough, sore throat, bleeding sinuses, and the feeling that I've been smacked in the forehead with a brick several dozen times... Oh well. Felt well enough today to add a couple more things for Terran Dusk: A brief description of what the Belt Pirates are (though that should be obvious by now), and a more lengthy description of The Junkers.

[04.01.2001]

Added the Angel Killers pirate band to Terran Dusk. Will likely post the Apocalypse Tribe soon, as its already half typed...
-----
Done and Done... the Apocalypse Tribe is up now, too.

[03.31.2001]

Performed some minor surgery on the pages... I added a Terran Dusk button to the main menu because the vast majority of my recent updates have been for that project anyway. Also, speaking... er... typing... of Terran Dusk, I removed the individual links to corporate logos from the Corp List, and simply placed them all in one rather visible link.

[03.30.2001]

I added Nanosoft Corporation to Terran Dusk, in both HTML and PDF format. Yes, I still have alot of stuff to type up and add as well... Anyway, there's been good news. Studio 187 has finally released the full version of POWER CORE, so run and download it. I'll be using it to build most of the cyberware and biomodifications for Terran Dusk which will be posted in groups as I build them.
------
Seems I managed to squeeze a bit more into the day's posting. I've just added the Orbital Trade Union to Terran Dusk, in the standard dual formats, and the PDF for the OCC as well.

[03.28.2001]

Added information for Terran Dusk:2261, The profile of the Orbital Coalition Corporation, and the Black Talon Society. These are two more of the biggies for the world. I have a couple more profiles written, I just haven't typed them up yet - so look for Nanosoft, Securitech, and the Junkers some time soon.
------
Added a link for the ZorroRPG site, the home of the upcoming Zorro Adventure Game by Gold Rush Games.

[03.27.2001]

Okay, just a quick bit of fluff here. Check out the links page; I added a link to Sean Fannon and Albert Deschesne's The Universe in Fuzion, a superhero setting based on the classic Champions world. Thus far, it looks amazing.
I also added another small item to my Terran Dusk page, adding a location description for The Belt, the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.
------
Alright. I finally finished updating the skill list, like I've been promising to do for weeks... Anyway, it's up in HTML only. I haven't posted the PDF file yet.

[03.26.2001]

Can you say SLACK? I knew you could...
Anyway, its been a while, and will likely continue to be a while longer considering how hectic everything is lately. However, I have added a bit more general background information for Terran Dusk. Under "Where", you will find a link to a file for information on Bastion, one of the key locations in the world of Terran Dusk:2261.

One more thing, Studio 187 has updated their website, and its lookin' mighty fine, so buzz on over there and check it out. With luck, they'll have Power Core up soon...

[03.20.2001]

Well, I've only added some structural niblets to Terran Dusk. However, I have a bunch of things written out on paper that I need to find the time to type up and add over the next week or so. Its been a busy week, and is likely to get busier, but I'll put up what I can.
Gold Rush Games has announced that they are releasing a Zorro game; an initial adventure game using the instant fuzion rules, followed by a full fuzion Zorro game and sourcebook sometime in the autumn months. Sounds excellent.

[03.15.2001]

Added the rudiments of an Armor List for Terran Dusk, using basic general types that will be found in the world. I have yet to add anything regarding the legalities of armor, or a hit location table, or Money/OP costs. And, like everything else, its just a draft. Listed are KD values and EV penalties, if any. In all, its still very generic, and the specifics are unexplained...
-------
okay, here's a brief explanation of the stuff: Hope this helps...

[03.14.2001]

Well, I ended up making a first draft for a generic firearms system for Terran Dusk. I presented different types of firearms, and what their damages are, etc. It's cetainly a start. You can find it in the WHAT section.

[03.12.2001]

Shen Pai Transportation, Inc. has been added to the Terran Dusk pages. Also did a bit of tweaking to the pages, and added some structural elements to the various lists for Terran Dusk. Expect more content upgrades soon, and for the Talents, Perks, and Skills lists to be completed.
------
Messed with the layout of the Links page. The centered list was bothering me...

[03.11.2001]

Added Moon Luna Bionutritional files (HTML and PDF) to the Corporation list for Terran Dusk.

[03.09.2001]

Added the Terran Dusk corporate profile for Arcturus Heavy Industries; as usual, it is available in both HTML and PDF.
------
Also considering getting a guest book... who knows.

[03.08.2001]

Added Poison Ki, a new Ki Power, to the Sengoku section. I fixed the dead link to the draft of the Terran Dusk Character Sheet (in PDF format). It should work fine now. Also, I added a new corp logo for Terran Dusk - Arcturus Heavy Industries. A Profile should be up in a day or so.

[03.07.2001]

The first of the corporate profiles for Terran Dusk is up. Helm Biocybernetics is viewable in HTML format, and downloadable as a PDF... like you care at this point anyway. :)

May get Rudyard Kane Communications up soon as well... perhaps even tonight.
-------
Yep, Rudyard Kane Communications is up now, as well...

[03.06.2001]

I just put my shovel away after a long day of hurling mounds of snow around. Buried under a foot deep blanket of white, my home needed to be uncovered. I suppose that none of this matters much, except for me to give a reason why I don't have anything new to add right now.

Later on, though, I hope to finish a few things for Terran Dusk, and maybe a small item for Sengoku that has been sitting untouched in a notebook for several months. Keep on watching.
---------
Okay, I've added a new Ryu for Sengoku, as well as a new okuden. Might get more stuff up tonight... might not...

[03.02.2001]

Okay, I guess its really [03.03.2001], but it's not even 1 in the morning yet... Anyway. I finished the Corporation/Organization Profile system, and its up in HOMEBREW in HTML format. When I finish this news update, I'll put up the .PDF for it as well. With luck, I'll remember to do the Organization sheet as well.

Okay, those profile rules are up in .PDF as well now, and I actually remembered the Organization sheet this time. Go figure.

I probably won't add much more over the weekend, due to other work I must do... alas.

[03.01.2001]

Added a Corporate Profile Record Sheet in .PDF format to the Homebrew section of conFUZION. The sheet is easily used as is, but I've put five organization "Characteristics" on it. I'll be posting the rules for these Corp. Stats tomorrow, but I'll quickly mention the basics here. There are five characteristcs: Size, Resources, Influence, Security, and Tenacity. Size is how big the organization is. Resources represent the physical resources possesed by or available to the organization. Influence is the extent an organization can influence the world as a whole. Security is both a measure of how secure an organization's installations are, and its military strength. Tenacity is how single-minded, and perhaps ruthless, an organization is in the pursuit of its goals. Each of the characteristics has a range from 1-10; one is the lowest, and ten is the highest. Like I said, its easy.

The sheet is geared to Corporations right now, but I'll post one for non-corporate organizations as well. Had it occured to me, I'd have done so already...

[02.28.2001]

Once again, most of what I've added was cosmetic or organizational. Began adding to the TimeLine, only to realize a few glaring errors on it. Instead I'm going to rewrite history (I'm an historical revisionist... yeah!), and make some things more consistent with each other, and with my vision for the world as a whole. Look for the new timeline in a few days. Also, I'm contemplating the addition of a glossary to the Terran Dusk page, probably in the HOW section. I put an OCC logo up as well, though I'm none too pleased with it, and likely it will be replaced. Yes, Yes, corporate profiles are coming. Helm and Morningstar are done, but I have yet to post them because I want to reformat them first; I think a standard template for corporate profiles would be helpful in the long run. That way, I can add a blank .PDF file for printout as well.

[02.27.2001]

Well, I havn't done much because of other commitments, but I added more structure to the Terran Dusk:2261 site, and tossed in a graphic logo for the Morningstar Corporation. I have a little bit more to add in a few days, though I need to buckle down and started focusing on background content. As I said a few days ago, keep watching for Corporation Profiles. I'll be adding profiles for other influential power groups as well, and updating the timeline (would have sooner, but the notebook in which it was contained seemed to have been vaporized). Some major world/space locations are in the works as well. A glance at Terran Dusk's lists should give you a hint of what is coming.

[02.23.2001]

Worked on a bunch of unrelated projects today, but made time to do a 1st draft of a character sheet for Terran Dusk. It is available for download in PDF format. Considering the other - non-gaming - work I need to do, it is not particularly likely that I'll do anything significant on this site over the weekend. When I have time, however, I'm going to start posting some Corporate Overviews.

I've decided to wait on the Body Modifications until the soon to be released final version of Power Core is out. Check out the Studio 187 site to get a glimpse of it.

Next on the agenda, after the Corp overviews, is to finish the Terran Dusk Timeline, and then I'm hoping to write a few things about the nature of the world, the economy, and daily life. During all of this, I've a general Fuzion Horror Plug-in I want to find some time to work on. Things are in the works, boys and girls... dark times are coming...

[02.22.2001]

Well, it's barely 02.22 but I've finished the Action Block Initiative System. You can find it in the Homebrew rules section in both HTML and PDF formats. I'm sure I'll have to re-edit and structure the language at some point, but it should be clear enough to use...

[02.21.2001]

Made a list of some talents and perks for Terran Dusk... mostly just the standard Fuzion ones. Working on a new Initiative system for Fuzion. I'm taking a break from it right now, actually, and I hope to finish it and have it posted later tonight. It came about as an aside when I was working on the Combat Reflexes Body Modification for Terran Dusk... oh well...
-------
Began fleshing out the skill list for Terran Dusk, and added some simple skill descriptions. Renamed some skills and altered the Templates accordingly [Forensics was changed to Criminology, etc.].

[02.20.2001]

Been adding a sense of structure to the Terran Dusk pages, and I'll likely continue doing this for a bit longer. A better organized page tends to help me decide what needs to be written. Still waiting on the "big announcement" about SHARDS OF THE STONE, before I type up anything else for that. Started working on some quick and dirty rules for cybernetics/bio-engineering for Terran Dusk, and FUZION in general. I hope to have those done soon as well.

[02.18.2001]

Added the banner for THE CHAMBER, a Fuzion webring. Also added a web counter. No content upgrades until I finish some other projects...

[02.17.2001]

Terran Dusk has been rearranged a bit. Anything previously found under the BODY or CHARACTER headings will now be filed as WHO. Still just playing around with the format, as everything is still in progress anyway.

[02.16.2001]

Well the templates are up and running for the Terran Dusk:2261 setting, although there seems to have been a bit of a problem with the HTML table borders. I'll get to fixing the ugly beasty in the near future. You'll find a PDF of the templates available for download as well.

[02.15.2001]

It's not much, but three new items for Terran Dusk:2261 were added. These are just my working notes, but a look at the character "races" is shown under the heading of BODY. Under the CHARACTER heading, you'll find two PDF files; the first is a working list of Skills, and the second is collection of packages for the Knack Talent.

As soon as I get them typed, I'll be adding a set of Template Archetypes that double as stock NPC's for Terran Dusk. And a list of Everyman Skills, as well. I'm on a Terran Dusk kick right now, and I'm waiting for the "announcement" from cybergames.com regarding the status of Shards of the Stone, and fantasy FUZION in general, before I post anymore Shards files.

-Dwah

[02.14.2001]

conFUZION is currently being revamped after several months of inactivity. As I type them up, I'll be adding a variety of items to the pages. Look for new Shards of the Stone items, a few odds and ends for Sengoku, and (finally) some more updates for the Terran Dusk:2261 Campaign setting.

This site will be undergoing several structural and aesthetic changes as well. Please bear with any inconvenience this may engender.

The conFUZED Management
